Egg Drop Soup

4 cup fat-free chicken broth
3 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 egg
2 Tbsp Fresh Snap Peas
1 medium scallion(s)

Bring broth to simmer. In bowl combine water and cornstarch, stir into simmering broth. Bring to boil remove from heat. In separate bowl lightly beat egg. Then pour into broth stirring slowly in one direction. Add snow peas and onion. Let stand for 3 minutes. Serve.
