Pizza

1 recipe pizza dough (I use fresh pizza dough from Winco $1.50)
1/2 cup corn meal (optional)
1 jar pizza sauce or 1 recipe pizza sauce (see below)
(I only use half for one pizza & freeze the rest)
Shredded Italian Cheese blend - 8oz.
20 pepperonis chopped into pieces
10 canadian bacon circles chopped into pieces
1 green pepper chopped finely (optional)
1 red onion chopped finely (optional)
1 tomato chopped finely (optional)

Pizza Sauce:
1 can tomato sauce - 8 oz.
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian Seasonings
Mix ingredients thoroughly

Preheat pizza stone covered with cornmeal in oven to 400 degrees;
Roll out pizza dough;
Remove heated pizza stone from oven;
Place dough on stone, rub with olive oil, pierce several times with fork;
Bake 10 minutes; Remove from oven;
Cover with 1/2 of pizza sauce; spread cheese;
Cover with meat & veggies (not tomatoes!)
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly; Remove from oven, top with tomatoes; Let cool for 5 minutes; Cut into slices.
