1 package Ritz Crackers
salt and pepper or other seasoning salt

Spray cookie sheet;
Pound chicken breasts & cut into individual serving size;
Place chicken in yogurt to coat;
Place chicken in crushed Ritz crackers (add salt and pepper);
Place strips on sheet, bake 350 for 20 minutes.
